Heathfield School

A New STEM building (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) to Stage 4 for mechanical and electrical services design.

Cudd Bentley was appointed by Heathfield School to deliver a fully coordinated design using Revit. The building comprises 4 science laboratories, a science preparatory area, and 3 maths classrooms. The building had a complex services requirement with ventilation, gas, water and electrical systems designed to comply with the Building Bulletin for Science Laboratories.
