A redevelopment scheme involving the reconfiguration of existing retail units to provide additional restaurant accommodation.
The project involved the production of employers requirements to cover the reconfiguration of existing landlords and tenants services and the provision of new infrastructure to serve the additional shell and core units. In addition a monitoring role for the contractors work was undertaken on behalf of the client.
