Rossopomodoro is a classic Italian Pizza restaurant chain which acquired a disused warehouse in the heart of Camden.  The restaurant has 156 covers with back of house ancillary areas located on the first floor.  Cudd Bentley was part of the design delivery team and designed the comfort cooling, ventilation including for a large wood burning Pizza oven, lighting, small power fire alarms and music systems.  The installation was geared towards an urban feel so as to retain the original warehouse ambience.
