Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method BREEAM is the leading method for demonstrating a building’s environmental performance. The assessment method measures the performance of a building with regard to various sustainability issues with a series of credits which can be awarded within each issue.

BREEAM assessments are undertaken by our own BRE Accredited Assessors and Professionals. They work with the client’s design team, as well as with our engineers, to achieve the best possible rating for a project. They also provide advice on cost effective alternative solutions to achieve the requirements of local planning documentation.
