Code for sustainable homes

Code for Sustainable Homes (CfSH) is an assessment method used to determine the standard of sustainability for new build residential developments. The scheme became obsolete in March 2015 and has now been replaced by the Home Quality Mark as an alternative scheme.

Should assessment by required, they will be carried out by our CfSH Assessors to ensure that a development achieves the Code level required by the local planning authority or the client. They work with the Design Team and the Contractor to provide key design advice and support, from the initial concept design stage to the practical completion of a project, producing pre-assessments as well as design stage and post construction stage assessments necessary to secure the final Code Level certification.
