The Homes Quality Mark (HQM) has been introduced by the BRE as a method to assess the quality and level of sustainability of new build residential developments, through assessment of the following HQM sections: 

• Knowledge Sharing:
  • Concept and detailed design, construction.
  • Handover and close out.
• Our Surroundings:
  • Site context.
  • Movement and connectivity.
• My Home:
  • Homes Comfort.
  • Predicted use in energy.

HQM assessments are undertaken by our own BRE Accredited Assessors and will work with the client’s design team, as well as with our engineers, to achieve the best possible rating for a project. They also provide advice on cost effective alternative solutions to achieve the requirements of local planning documentation.
