housing standards

Following the wind down of the Code for Sustainable Homes the new Housing Standards are being implemented which impose minimum standards within the following sections of the Building Regulations:

• Document G - Water Efficiency
• Document H - Solid Waste Storage
• Document M - Access to and Use of Buildings
• Document Q - Security

Our sustainability team will work with design teams to ensure that the correct standards are achieved in a development design in order to achieve compliance with Building Regulations and local planning requirements.
