SAP is the Standard Assessment Procedure for residential developments and determines the energy and carbon emission rates of a development. Our Accredited SAP Assessors undertake assessments using approved SAP software to input data on heating and lighting installations and U-values for the components of the external envelope.
Part l compliance reports
The practice undertakes the production of Part L Compliance Reports for clients to determine whether a building complies with Part L Building Regulations. The reports include recommendations for additional measures, if appropriate, to secure compliance.
